With December 2024 behind us, let's look into the product metrics and see how we did. It's time to dive in!

- NeetoDesk now lets Agents [set custom reply signatures](https://x.com/NeetoDesk/status/1864316248726680040) that auto-apply to responses.
- NeetoDesk's public [APIs now support ticket numbers](https://x.com/NeetoDesk/status/1869774895329972353) instead of identifiers.
- The issue where[replies from Gmail weren’t trimming](https://x.com/NeetoDesk/status/1870114465036792173) previous messages is now fixed.
- The issue of [undelivered email receipts creating tickets](https://x.com/NeetoDesk/status/1864678614026870908) is now fixed.

- The issue where the [email field was missing from the widget preview](https://x.com/NeetoChat/status/1867577717245247710) on the chat questions configuration screen has been fixed.
#### **NeetoRecord**
- NeetoRecord now has the option to hide the control bar from recording on a Mac.
- NeetoRecord now captures recordings in the highest resolution available on Mac.
- NeetoRecord's [Chrome extension](https://www.neeto.com/neetorecord/download) is back.
- NeetoRecord's camera-only mode on the desktop application now supports full-screen recording.
- NeetoRecord now lets you [edit your videos](https://x.com/NeetoRecord/status/1868633552738267349).
- NeetoRecord's Pro users can now [capture system audio](https://x.com/NeetoRecord/status/1867248758850802020) while recording.
#### **NeetoForm**
- NeetoForm now lets you have multiple thank you pages.
- The issue where the creation of a form from a template was prevented is now fixed.
- The issue where the initial value of a calculated field reverted to zero after publishing a draft form is now fixed.
- The issue of the Theme font not being updated on the build pages is now fixed.
