Milestone M25 updates

Major feature shipped during this milestone was the file explorer feature. People can now maintain a basic filesystem when creating a project in languages like C, C++, Ruby, Python, Java, NodeJs and others

Several bugs reported by Academy users and other honeybadger bugs were fixed.
